Cancellation Policy
Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed.
I hope you will appreciate my time is important to me and other clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours notice is required to avoid up to 100% of the scheduled treatment cost being incurred as this free’s your appointment up with enough time for it to be filled.
If you fail to show up for your appointment 100% of the scheduled treatment cost will be incurred as it will be impossible for me to fill your appointment.
