My journey and interest in homeopathy started soon after I had twin boys in 1999. A pretty overwhelming time in itself but made more challenging as one of the boys had some allergy issues that arose around 9 months. I was offered the usual steroids and antihistamines from a well-meaning Doctor but I did not feel comfortable using those on such a young baby due to their potential side effects so looked for alternative solutions. This brought me to visit my first homeopath, who, after a detailed consultation where I felt really listened to and my child understood, he prescribed me a remedy which my son was happy to take. There were no adverse effects and his allergies to pollen, animals and some food stuffs gradually disappeared over a few weeks and have never returned! I continued to use Homeopathic treatment successfully as my first port of call over the years for many health issues …… from Bronchiolitis, teething, Tonsilitis, coughs, colds, separation anxiety and many other things.

Once I felt less sleep deprived, I decided that I would like to be able to help other families find safe, effective treatment options and so embarked on a 4 year training course at the Homeopathic College of East Anglia. I qualified as a Homeopath in 2009 and have since added many other complementary therapies to my practice in order to offer a complete, holistic treatment to all that come through my door. Nutritional therapy, gut/stool analysis, Flower Essences, blood test work and hair analysis have added a greater depth to what I can offer clients which speeds up the healing and balancing process.

Although my primary qualification is in Homeopathy, I blend Scientific research, best Nutritional practice techniques with my Homeopathic grounding to offer a truly holistic approach to health, in alignment to today’s environmental and health challenges and match client needs.

My personal passions continue to be supporting families, understanding and balancing women’s health. However, I am privileged to be able to treat a great variety of people as Homeopathy is never biased and always beneficial to all.
